Bhavika
Co-Founder / Audiologist
Bhavika is an experienced audiologist with over 10 years in the field since graduating from The University of Manchester in 2013. Her career spans community service at Age UK, positions at Boots and Bloom Hearing, and providing audiologist training at a leading UK hearing aid manufacturer.
She founded Tailored Hearing Solutions to return to her passion for patient care, specialising in hearing aid technology while delivering exceptional service. Outside work, Bhavika enjoys time with her daughter Bella and has recently discovered a love for fitness and running.
Pritesh
Co-Founder / Audiologist
Co-founder of Tailored Hearing alongside his wife Bhavika, Pritesh is a qualified hearing aid audiologist with over 13 years of experience serving the local community. A member of both HCPC and BSHAA, he transitioned from a national company to fulfil his dream of running an independent hearing centre.
Pritesh is passionate about providing personalized hearing services that stand apart from major brands, bringing unique care to each patient. Outside work, he enjoys cooking, staying fit, playing golf, and spending quality time with their daughter Bella.
Jen
Audiologist
A recent Hearing Aid Audiology graduate, Jen is dedicated to helping patients strengthen connections with loved ones through better hearing. She brings fresh knowledge and enthusiasm to every appointment, focusing on personalized hearing solutions. When not at work, Jen expresses her creativity through painting, finding it both relaxing and fulfilling. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients while making a positive impact on their hearing journey.

Linda
Support staff
Lancashire born and bred, Linda brings 40 years of financial expertise from both private and public sectors to her support role at Tailored Hearing in Lancaster. Her extensive customer service background helps ensure our smooth daily operations.
When not at work, Linda enjoys exploring new places and visiting friends and family across the UK and beyond. Closer to home, she loves hiking the beautiful countryside of Lancashire, Yorkshire, and Cumbria, while staying active through cycling and yoga. A passionate foodie, Linda enjoys cooking, trying new recipes, and unwinding with music.
Alison
Support staff
Alison joined Tailored Hearing nearly two years ago after returning to England from Spain, where she managed a bar. Before her Spanish adventure, she built a lengthy career in the Civil Service. Her diverse professional background brings valuable administrative expertise to our team.
In her role, Alison supports our daily operations with exceptional customer service skills, helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our patients. When not at work, she enjoys socialising with friends and spending quality time with her family.
